Job Summary:
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our content marketing platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management, preferably within the SaaS or content marketing industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver a product that meets the needs of our customers and supports our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and inform future decisions.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the SaaS or content marketing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of content marketing and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and strategy.
- Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
